What are the payment options available?

In case your transaction failed, or your order details were not captured with us, the amount will be refunded to your bank account in the next 7-10 days.

No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.

Currently, we are not offering the Cash on Delivery option on the website. Orders can be placed via the available payment options.


Cancellation is only applicable before the shipment, once your order has been shipped from the warehouse/facility then return is only valid after delivery.

Go to the 'My Order' Section where you will find the 'Order Detail' option which will lead you to the order tracking page.

You can change your delivery address details from the 'My Account' Section.


Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 4-5 business days depending on the current conditions and availability. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is delivered within 3-5 business days of the order date. However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 or more business days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances

Please note: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the coming Monday.

An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking "Track your Order"section.

Replacements and Refunds

You can raise the order return request from the 'My Orders' Section on the website. Once the request has been raised, the return process will be initiated.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please raise a return/replacement request from the website with images of the product as well as packaging. Once verified, CP PLUS will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

Once we have processed your return successfully, the refund will be initiated and you will receive an email confirmation on the same. The refund should be reflected within 5-7 working days from the date of initiation.


Yes, CP PLUS offers a standard warranty of 2 years on products.

The warranty does not cover burnt cases, tampered cases, damage of the circuit due to high voltage, damage or defect caused by transportation, water seepage, abuse, improper use or negligent care, or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, or natural disasters. The warranty will be applicable only if the product has been operated within the operating limits with the due arrangement(s) to protect the product from dust, heat, humidity, water seepage, low voltage, and high voltage and is not subject to mishandling or misuse by the customer.

If the product is still under warranty, the product is to be sent to the nearest service centres of CP PLUS by the customer. After receiving the product, our service engineers will examine the fault in the product(s). Following this, the details will be shared with the customer.
