ADITYA INFOTECH LTD. (“CP PLUS”)

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of website.

The domain name shop.cpplusworld.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by ADITYA INFOTECH LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at F-28, Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, Delhi – 110020, India (hereinafter referred to as “CP PLUS").

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use" ) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with ADITYA INFOTECH LTD. and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with CP PLUS. For these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" or “Customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing registration data while registering on or logging on the Website as registered User/guest User using the computer systems. CP PLUS allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases by registering on the Website. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “CP Plus” shall mean ADITYA INFOTECH LTD.

When you use any of the services provided by us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g., Product Reviews, Response), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such services, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions. If you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by CP PLUS Policies ((including but not limited to Privacy Policy available at Website) as amended from time to time.

  1. Membership Eligibility

    Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc., are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the CP PLUS Website and shall not transact on or use the Website. As a minor, if you wish to use or transact on Website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website. CP PLUS reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to CP PLUS’s notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

  2. Your account and Registration obligations

    If you use the Website shop.cpplusworld.com, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.

    Your mobile or phone number and/or e-mail address are treated as your primary identifier on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile or phone number and your email address is always up to date on the Website. You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile or phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Website through a one-time password verification.

    You agree that CP PLUS shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your display name in cases where you have failed to update your revised mobile or phone number and/or e-mail address on the Website.

  3. Services Offered

    CP PLUS provides a number of Internet-based services through the Website. One such Service enables Users to purchase original merchandise such as Camera and accessories from CP PLUS brands ("Product/Products"). The Product can be purchased through the Website through various methods of payments offered. The sale/purchase of Products shall be additionally governed by specific policies of sale, like cancellation policy, exchange policy, return policy, etc. (which are found on the FAQ tab on the Website i.e. shop.cpplusworld.com/faqs and all of which are incorporated here by reference). It is clarified that at the time of creating a return request, Users are required to confirm (via a check box click) that the Product being returned is unused and has the original tags intact and also the specific reason for returning the product by selecting the most appropriate drop-down option available therein. If the Product returned by the User is used, damaged or if the original tags are missing, the User’s return request shall be declined, and the said Product shall be re-shipped back to the Customer. In the event that the return request is declined, the User shall not be eligible for a refund, and CP PLUS assumes no liability in this regard. Further, in the event that the user fails to accept the receipt of the said re-shipped product, the User shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and CP PLUS assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped product. In addition, these Terms of Use may be further supplemented by Product specific conditions, which may be displayed with that Product.

    CP PLUS does not warrant that the Product description or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.

  4. Communications on Website

    When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you agree to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

  5. Charges and Convenience Fee

    Membership on the Website is free for buyers. CP PLUS does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website. CP PLUS reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. CP PLUS may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event CP PLUS reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately on and after being posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to ADITYA INFOTECH LTD (“CP PLUS”).

    Subject to the Terms of Use and the below terms and conditions, CP PLUS may levy a convenience fee on all low-value orders on the Website, as detailed in shop.cpplusworld.com/faqs and for cases provided under point 5 below, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Convenience Fee”.

    • The Convenience Fee shall be specified on the shopping bag page on the Website.
    • The Convenience Fee shall be charged on the overall order value.
    • CP PLUS reserves the right to modify/waive off the Convenience Fee from time to time.
    • The Convenience Fee shall be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws for making payments to ADITYA INFOTECH LTD.
    • To protect the rights of customers, CP PLUS reserves the right to collect Convenience Fee for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted, of the number of orders placed through such accounts.

  6. User Conduct and Rules on the Website

    You agree, undertake and confirm that Your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

    • You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:

      • belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to,
      • is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever,
      • is misleading in any way,
      • involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”,
      • promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous,
      • infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity,
      • contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page),
      • provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses,
      • contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult),
      • tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Website or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users,
      • interferes with another User’s use and enjoyment of the Website or any other individual’s User and enjoyment of similar services,
      • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party’s trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products,
      • violates any law for the time being in force,
      • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation,
      • shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading,
      • shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider (“ISPs”) or other suppliers.
    • A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:
      • User doesn’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by CP PLUS,
      • User fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification,
      • Misuse of another User’s phone/email,
      • User uses invalid address, email and phone no,
      • Overuse of a voucher code,
      • Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used,
      • User returns the wrong product,
      • User refuses to pay for an order,
      • User involved in the snatch and run of any order,
      • Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to business/revenue to CP PLUS,
      • User with excessive returns,
      • Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order.

    • CP PLUS may cancel any order that classify as ‘Bulk Orders’/’Fraud orders’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’/’Fraud Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by CP PLUS:

      • Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial use or resale,
      • Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category,
      • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered,
      • Invalid address given in order details,
      • Any malpractice used to place the order,
      • Any promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded,
      • Any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole.

    • CP PLUS does not facilitate business to business transaction between CP PLUS and business Customers at the Website. You are advised to refrain from transacting on the Website if You intend to avail the benefits of input tax credit.

    • You shall not use the Website for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the CP PLUS and interrupt or causes to interrupt, damages the use by other Users of CP PLUS.

    • You shall not use any false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads CP PLUS by sharing multiple address and phone numbers or transacting with malafide intentions.

    • We on certain landing page even allow our Users to experience free exchange of ideas and observations regarding interest in the field of camera and web-camera, including ‘viewing user generated content’ and/or ‘videos’ and ‘posting comments’. By accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content to any specific dedicated page on the Website, you accept and consent to the practices described in these ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Privacy Policies’, as well as any other terms prescribed by the CP PLUS on the Website. You agree and undertake that when accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content on these pages, you will not imitate, abuse, harass, any Customer/User or violate and exploit, any of these ‘Terms of Service’ of the Website.

    • You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.

    • You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.

    • You may not pretend that You are, or that You represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

    • You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to Sales Tax/VAT, GST, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Your use of Our service and Your listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of products or services. You shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.

    • From time to time, You shall be responsible for providing information relating to the products or services proposed to be sold by You. In this connection, You undertake that all such information shall be accurate in all respects. You shall not exaggerate or over emphasize the attributes of such products or services so as to mislead other Users in any manner.

    • You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users of the Website to buy or sell any products or services, including, but not limited to, products or services related to that being displayed on the Website or related to us.

    • The Content posted does not necessarily reflect CP PLUS views. In no event shall CP PLUS assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Content posted or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from use of Content and/or appearance of Content on the Website. You hereby represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights in and to all Content which You provide and all information it contains and that such Content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any libellous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information.

    • CP PLUS hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish, appearance, size, color etc., of the final Product as ordered by the User. CP PLUS Return & Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on CP PLUS within the return/exchange period (Please read the Product Detail Page to see the number of days upto which a product can be returned/exchanged, post-delivery). In case of return or exchange of the purchased item, please refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy" available on shop.cpplusworld.com/faqs.

    • Please note that you can only use CP PLUS Credits to buy products from your registered account on the CP PLUS app or Website. CP PLUS Credits cannot be:
      • Used for payment of orders placed on other CP PLUS accounts,
      • Transferred to any other CP PLUS user's account, bank account, wallets, etc. Additionally, CP PLUS may unilaterally terminate Your account on any event as mentioned in the Terms of Use under this point. User Conduct and Rules on the Website. Any CP PLUS credits earned as goodwill compensation, earned via loyalty or referral program or promotional campaigns or earned through gift cards purchased on other websites will be forfeited in such cases.

  7. Contents Posted on Website

    All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music and artwork (collectively, "User Content"), is a third-party user generated Content and CP PLUS has no control over such third-party user-generated content as CP PLUS is merely an intermediary for the purposes of this Terms of Use. Such Content will become Our property and You grant Us the worldwide, perpetual and transferable rights in such Content. We shall be entitled to, consistent with Our Privacy Policy as adopted in accordance with applicable law, use the Content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may include the Content You provide.

    You may use information on the Products and services purposely made available on the Website for downloading, provided that You

    • do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents,
    • use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media,
    • make no modifications to any such information, and
    • do not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

  8. Installation Services

    The installation services are being extended to You by CP PLUS on all the products and categories solely (“Installation Services”) for the purchases made by you on the CP PLUS Website, its m-site and /or mobile application available on android and IOS (hereinafter referred to as “CP PLUS Website”), subject to the below terms and conditions:

    • The Installation Services shall be offered on all the products, in limited jurisdictions as specified by CP PLUS. The availability of the Installation Services shall be clearly specified on the relevant product page on the CP PLUS Website.
    • The Installation Services are limited to the products purchased by You on the CP PLUS Website only. Please do not ask our partner to install any product purchased from a third party.
    • If required, the Installation charges and the guidance on installation process can be obtained while reaching out to the customer care executive of CP PLUS. The contact details are available on the Website at shop.cpplusworld.com.
    • There is an option available to You for providing your measurements for the Installation Services:

      House Measurements: In this mode, our installation partner comes to your house and takes physical measurements. The Products are installed as per the measurements taken by the said installation partner.

    • CP PLUS does not make any warranty with respect to accuracy and correctness of the house measurements or the Installation Services or the conduct of the installation partner nor does CP PLUS make any warranty or representation with respect to quality, effectiveness or correctness of the product installed using the Installation Services.

      The Installation Services including any ‘house measurements’ taken by our installation partners and collection of measurements are being availed by You at Your sole risk and expense.

    • In the event You are not comfortable with our installation partners for any reason whatsoever, You may (i) cancel the installation request on CP PLUS Website instantly; or (ii) ask the installation partner to leave your premises immediately and reach out to our customer care team.

  9. Cart Notification

    You understand that, in the event selected Product in your cart is out of the inventory, CP PLUS provides You an option in your cart to the instant notification as soon as the availability of the selected product.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

    All the Products and services made available to You through CP PLUS Website are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the forgoing paragraph, CP PLUS does not warrant that CP PLUS Website will be constantly available, or available at all or that the information on Website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

    All the Products sold on Website are governed by different state laws and if CP PLUS is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, CP PLUS will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by CP PLUS from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. By registering Your phone number with us, Your consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS.

  11. Third Party Links

    We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages, or any other websites linked to or from the CP PLUS Website. You’re linking to or from any off-website pages or other websites is at your own risk. We are in no way responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from the CP PLUS Website, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, products, or services of such pages and websites, including, without limitation, their privacy policies and terms and conditions. You should carefully review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of all off-website pages and other websites that you visit.

  12. User Content

    When you transmit, upload, post, e-mail or otherwise make available User Content on the Website, you are entirely responsible for such User Content. Such User Content constitutes a Submission under Section 11 above. This means that all third parties, and not we, are entirely responsible for all User Content that they post to the Website. You agree not to engage in or assist or encourage others to engage in transmitting, uploading, posting, e-mailing or otherwise making available on the Website User Content that (a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (c) is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading; (d) you were compensated for or granted any consideration by any third party; or (e) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary and/or intellectual property rights of any party. You further agree not to (i) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (ii) “stalk” or otherwise harass including advocating harassment of another, entrap or harm any third party including harming minors in any way; (iii) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any User Content; (iv) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; or (v) collect or store personally identifiable data about other users.

    We do not endorse or control the User Content transmitted or posted on the CP PLUS Website and therefore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content. You understand that by using this Website, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any User Content, including, without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you because of the use of any User Content transmitted, uploaded, posted, e-mailed, or otherwise made available via the Website. You acknowledge that we have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse to post or remove any User Content and we reserve the right to change, condense, or delete any User Content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable and we reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice for any users who violate these Terms and Conditions or infringe the rights of others.

  13. Indemnity

    You shall indemnify and hold harmless CP PLUS, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or violation of any law, rules or regulations or breach of the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

  14. Disclaimer

    You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the Website and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through CP PLUS.

  15. Delivery Related

    The user agrees and acknowledges that any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt/ non-delivery of order or signature verification) shall be notified to CP PLUS within 5-7 working days from the alleged date of delivery of the product reflected on the CP PLUS Website. Non-notification by You of non-receipt or non-delivery within the time period specified shall be construed as a deemed delivery in respect of that transaction. CP PLUS disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, non-receipt of order (including signature verification in Proof of delivery) after 5-7 working days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflected on the Website.

  16. Applicable Law

    Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Delhi.

  17. Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only

    Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. CP PLUS makes no representation that materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this Website from other locations/ Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and CP PLUS is not responsible for the supply of products/refund for the products ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

  18. Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

    This Website is controlled and operated by CP PLUS and products are sold by ADITYA INFOTECH LTD/CP PLUS. All Products on this Website, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Products on Website are solely for the commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the Products, use of the Products on any other Website or networked computer environment or use of the Products for any purpose other than commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which You receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause. It is expressly clarified that You shall solely be responsible for any content that You provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which you may upload, transmit or store when making use of Our various Services. The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded at CP PLUS website is done entirely at Users own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their mobile or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. To the maximum extend that is permissible under law, CP PLUS’s liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the Products purchased value bought by You.

    • If You or CP PLUS terminates your use of the Website or any Service, CP PLUS may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and CP PLUS will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. However, your transactions details may be preserved by CP PLUS for purposes of tax or regulatory compliance;
    • CP PLUS may unilaterally terminate Your account on any event as mentioned in the Terms of Use under the point no. 6. User Conduct and Rules on the Website. Any CP PLUS credits earned as goodwill compensation, earned via loyalty or referral program or promotional campaigns or earned through gift cards purchased on other Websites will be forfeited in such cases. Returns/Refund for such Users shall be at the sole discretion of CP PLUS; and
    • If You use any false e-mail address or use the portal for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the company or mislead CP PLUS by sharing multiple address and phone numbers or transacting with malafide intentions then CP PLUS reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts including any linked accounts without notice to you.
