CP PLUS ensure that the Customer’s experience while purchasing and post-purchase is smooth, seamless and delightful w.r.t. the quality and speed of delivery. CP PLUS also keeps its Customers apprised about various stages of the order placed:

Dispatch Delivery:

  1. What are the shipping charges on products?

    • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.
    • If the invoice value of single order placed by the Customer is INR.1600/-(Indian Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred Only) or above then the products will be delivered to the Customer free of cost all over India.
    • Additional courier charges may be applicable on selected pin codes or under unprecedented circumstances. Such additional charges will be conspicuously intimated to the Customer at the time of the placing of the order.
    • At the instance of return, cancellation post-dispatch or exchange, the Customer will be entitled to any refund amount after deduction of delivery charges. Shipping and Delivery charges are non-refundable. In cases where the Customer had availed free delivery, the shipping/delivery charges borne by the Company will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

    • CP PLUS tries to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition. CP PLUS typically ship orders within 24 working hours of receiving the order. It will take the following number of days for receipt of your goods/products after the order has been placed on us:

      Domestic: 3-5 Working days in Urban regions within India. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service.) 5 - 7 working days for rest of India. (This consists of regions that are only served by Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies) Order deliveries will be made between 7am – 9pm, all days.

    • The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third party logistics. CP PLUS is not to be held liable for delay in case of festivals, unavoidable circumstances like strikes, pandemic and national calamities or any other circumstances which is beyond the control of CP PLUS.

    • Customers are advised that if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should immediately contact CP PLUS at the numbers available on the website or write an e-mail to customer_care@cpplusworld.com or shop.cpplusworld.com mentioning the order reference number.

    • CP PLUS shall make all the best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to the Customer at the earliest.
  3. Which cities in India do you deliver?

    CP PLUS delivery in 200+ plus cities/towns across India! Our mission is to provide the smart security and surveillance solutions in your hands covering each and every corner of the country.

  4. What if, I miss my delivery?

    If you miss receiving your order, don’t worry; one of our customer service associates will contact you to reschedule. If CP PLUS can’t successfully reschedule your order within 48 hours, CP PLUS will return your items to our warehouse and issue a refund for the order.

  5. Will all my order items intact during transit?

    Of course! CP PLUS knows that it is dealing with smart security tech solutions and that is why CP PLUS packs your order items in intact cartons. Our home delivery courier partners have special instructions to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.

    Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery or you will receive an auto generate OTP after delivery and this proof would be considered as a confirmation of receipt at your end. If you cannot be there to take your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. CP PLUS takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

    CP PLUS Shipping & Delivery Policy changes time-to-time, depending upon logistic partners, offers, or any other condition and the updated policy will be posted on the website.

  6. How on online you can track your order?

    Shipment tracking ID will be sent to you (in any digital format like SMS, E-mail, or both) after the product has been dispatched from our location. A customer can use this ID to track the order by visiting shop.cpplusworld.com – Track Your Order section. This will tell a customer the approximate delivery time of the order and the current shipping status.

    The payment methods that is available through prepaid options only.

    If the order arrives visibly damaged, please raise a case from your profile/dashboard or connect CP PLUS Customer Service immediately. You can also reach out to us at shop.cpplusworld.com in with your order ID and images of the product. CP PLUS will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

    If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please raise a replacement or refund request from CP PLUS profile/dashboard or submit a ticket at shop.cpplusworld.com, mentioning your order ID.

    Each order can only be shipped to a single address, which is specified at the time of confirming the order and making payment for the same. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to mention each address wherein the each specific product need to be delivered and select those specific addresses while placing multiple orders at one time.

    All orders are shipped with an invoice from CP PLUS. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at shop.cpplusworld.com.

    Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. on any day will be processed on the next working day.

    CP PLUS uses only India’s most reputed logistic partners to ensure that order/s reaches to the customer timely and safely manner.

    There may be some cases where all items ordered by the customers are not shipped in a single shipment due to product characteristics or availability at the warehouse location.

    All claims for or damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery from you profile dashboard with a picture attached or you can contact CP PLUS customer support number available at the website.

Note:

  • Kindly provide the correct delivery address while placing the order. If it is returned to the company warehouse due to incomplete/incorrect address, then the Customer will be liable to bear the charges for rescheduling the shipment.
  • For Repair of any Product/Device/Accessories the Customer needs to visit a branch or bear one side charges to deliver it to the Aditya Infotech Ltd Branch office.
